Re: The smells of Disney
I buy supermarket liquid smoke and it seems close enough to the scent to take me back!

Re: The smells of Disney
Most favorite would be pirates.
Honorable mentions to the burning of the library of Alexandria, Mexico pavilion, Big thunder lift hill in the mine shaft, Karamell Kuche in Germany, and yes...bus stop diesel fumes early in the morning.

Bus stop diesel smell is quite possibly the most underrated awesome smell in Disney!

Re: The smells of Disney
Had my first trip to Disney this time last year and stayed in the Polynesian. I had always been against the idea of spending the amount of money it takes to do a good trip to Disney..... until I experienced it. The smell of The Polynesian was part of the experience. Whoever at Disney thought of using scent to enhance your Disney experience is a genius. I can still smell the Polynesian now as we speak. Looking forward to seeing what the renovations are and if the smell has changed.

I've always liked the smell of the tropical ocean scene during Soarin'. It's just really relaxing and makes me happy for some reason.

We have found that Liquid smoke from the supermarket is pretty close. Magic Candle company sells a version that is really good as well.

The water of Pirates. The water of Maelstrom (I haven't ridden the Frozen ride--call me jaded, but I loved the Maelstrom, and I don't want to see it any other way). The Mexico Pavilion. The smell of Haunted Mansion (as soon as you enter the stretching room). The smell of Space Mountain. Soarin' & Philharmagic. Probably dozens more, but there's a few.

Flower and garden festival should bring a whole new world of scents to Epcot.

I love the Garden Grill! Might be my favorite restaurant. Probably not what you meant but any time I can mention it, I am happy!
