That's a different kind of ride, for sure, if the floor opened.

Personal fave is I was on Tower of Terror and at the moment at the very top when the doors open and they take the photo, someone yelled "HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD" and everyone burst into laughter before it turned into screams again. (The photo was awesome and we actually bought it)

Last time I went to Disney, during Honey, I Shrunk the Audience when they got to the part with the mice, I raised my feet off the ground and kind of crouched myself into my seat. The woman sitting next to me turned toward me and looked at me like I had two heads. But when everyone started getting that feeling of the mice scampering around their feet, the woman screamed bloody murder and practically jumped out of her seat, and in the process almost fell onto me

My 6 year old daughter at the time was in ToT in the room that shows the clip. When it got to the part of the people being electrocuted, my child yelled out, "I feel sorry for the little girl"! We all had a good laugh.
