I love Columbia Harbor House for the food and the view, when it’s open. I also love the Cheeseburger egg rolls. I think the egg roll cart is only open on the weekends or busy times right now.

Re: The Hunt For Good Food In Magic Kingdom!!!
One of my favorite places to eat in Magic Kingdom is Crystal Palace. I absolutely love meeting the Winnie the Pooh characters and the buffet is very good. I have been there for both breakfast and dinner. Both meals were good however, I prefer breakfast I felt like the breakfast was a little better and there was more food to chose from. I attached a pic of my breakfast plate (one of many lol)

my Brother in law had a turkey leg it taste like smoked turkey. I was pleasantly surprised how good the Cheshire cat tail was in the Magic Kingdom.

Re: The Hunt For Good Food In Magic Kingdom!!!
me and my family usually go to the contemporary for lunch (yes, we leave the park for lunch. that’s how bad the food options are there haha. or maybe i’m saying how good contempo cafe is lol) anyway, we always go to contempo cafe, and it is so good! the flatbread pizzas are delicious!

Sleepy Hollow is a really good place for a sweet snack. They have a few options for yummy waffle treats

Hand-dipped corndog AND the spicy chicken waffle sandwich both at Sleepy Hollow. They've stepped up the corndog game and I liked it almost as much as the one in Disneyland. FINALLY!

Enjoyed the food, but would like some healthy choices. Loved the food in Pandora. Also gumbo at our resort French Quarter - Mrs loved the beignets.

I really enjoyed the lunch at Be Our Guest (sadly not happening anymore) so as for what is currently available I would vote for the spicy chicken sandwich at Cosmic Rays (it was during the holidays but I see they have kept it with a few changes). I plan to try the new version when I go in a few weeks!

I keep seeing people mentioning that spicy chicken sandwich at Sleepy Hollow. I’ve seen a couple of pics and videos. That really looks good.

Magic Kingdom needs to step up it's game for table serve restaurants. However the quick serve restaurants are pretty good. Columbia Harbor house is one of the best on property. Casey's as well. Also the pizza spring rolls are the most over looked item in the parks.

Re: The Hunt For Good Food In Magic Kingdom!!!
Hamburger Spring rolls (or Philly Springroll) and Dole Whip Pineapple Upside Down Cake for snacks. Liberty Tree Tavern is great for Table Service. I haven't tried the corndogs at WDW but I have heard they don't compare with Disneyland's so I am not overly enthused about trying them. Maybe I will give them a try next time.

For quick service, definitely Colombia Harbour House! Cheshire Cafe and Sleepy Hollow are the best for snacks! The sit down options here are pretty meh compared to the other parks but the Plaza is the our family’s choice!

I think I just won the internet with this. Best food in MK :
But in all seriousness I have really fallen in love with Skipper Canteen.

I would put Hollywood in this category too as to me its by far the most limited across the board. You need a fast pass to get a cup of coffee in that place.jm1670 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 30, 2021 12:29 pm Magic Kingdom needs to step up it's game for table serve restaurants. Anyway I can't wait until more dining options open back up. That's really is what is holding me back from booking my next trip.

Re: The Hunt For Good Food In Magic Kingdom!!!
Seconding Columbia Harbor House for quick service; most of their menu (when they're open) is good and it's not typical "theme park" fare.
My other favorite QS in MK is Pecos Bill's-- their tacos are solid (as Disney tacos go) and the toppings bar (not sure if/how this is operating now) is nice.
Pretty much every other QS in the Magic Kingdom is unremarkable IMO-- Pinocchio Village Haus is okay but mostly notable for the view of Small World; Cosmic Ray's is your standard theme park fast food (burgers, chicken strips, fries); Casey's Corner doesn't do much for me as I'm not a huge hot dog/corn dog fan. (I have not tried Tortuga Tavern in its current format, so will reserve judgement on it.)
Personally, I wish Disney would bring some more unique QS offerings into the Magic Kingdom-- AK gets Flame Tree and Satuli Canteen; HS has Docking Bay 7 and the stands on Sunset Blvd.; Epcot has Garden Grill and everything around the World Showcase... MK doesn't really have anything particularly distinctive and memorable.

Haven't had the turkey leg at WDW yet but, I do love the ones I have had at Disneyland!

Columbia Harbor House for the food and the views on the second floor over the walkway. It’s a ritual for us to go there.

For now, the Tomorrowland Terrace which offers the Columbia Harbor House food is great!

Re: The Hunt For Good Food In Magic Kingdom!!!
We loved our meal at Liberty Tree Tavern but that's been many years ago. It was a character meal when we visited that trip. Not sure how long it's been but I'd guess 10+ years at least. Since then though, we really love to grab a hot dog at Casey's Corner. Our upcoming trip I''m hoping to hit Skipper Canteen as I've been hearing some great things about the food there. Oh- and I'm always down for a dole whip lol
