As a pooh sized guest, the biggest concern I had going to Disneyworld was could I fit in any rides to make the trip worth it. While I do think Disney has done a good job, there are definitely some rides that are harder than others. One of the rides I have been wanting to go on but haven't yet is Astro Orbiter. Is that ride pooh sized friendly? Its very embarrassing waiting in line that long and then finding out you can't ride.
Feel free to chime in on rides you have been surprised are really accommodating and ones that are definitely not. I know this information would have been helpful the first time I went. The only absolute no for me is Seven Dwarfs. No way I am squeezing my legs into that tap restraint.

As another Pooh sized guest there are definitely rides that are tighter than others.
Tight but not dealbreakers:
Winnie The Pooh (ironic)
7 Dwarfs Mine Train
Space Mountain
Too tight for comfort:
Barnstormer
Not everybody does, but I had an issue with the ride system on flight of passage making me pretty claustrophobic making it a dealbreaker for me.
Everything else in the parks are pretty accommodating in my opinion.

Re: Rides ok for and not ok for pooh sized guests
My first time going to WDW was 2012 and I was about 350 then. I am 6'4" so I have to consider leg room as well as the volume I take up. At that time, I was able to get on every ride I wanted including anything with a lap bar. Yeah, it only went down a click or two, but as long as it does not come up when they ask, I am good.
For me, I have to make sure I sit in the front of cars that have the extra space like Space Mountain and Expedition Everest. Honestly, I do not let being large stop me from getting on a ride. If I do not fit, I just smile and move on. There is nothing you can do at that point. Yes, it is slightly embarrassing but you get over it quickly enough.

Re: Rides ok for and not ok for pooh sized guests
I'm a big guy too 6'5 right at 300lbs. Astro Orbiter is tight-but I got in and out of it with one of my kiddos.
Most times I get a click on the safety restraints.
Some rides will have "practice cars" that you ask to try out before you wait in line. I'm pretty sure Rocking Roller coaster is one of them.
Also don't take this as being mean because I"m large too. Check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qmtjhltrhk

Re: Rides ok for and not ok for pooh sized guests
This is the one that I've seen recurring complaints about online-- not claustrophobia but it uses a unique restraint design that has to close over both your back and legs. This can give you trouble if you've got larger calves even if you're not too big around the middle.
Since everyone's body is shaped differently, there's no real blanket "if you weigh X, you're not likely to fit on Flight of Passage." There is a test chair outside the FoP entrance that can be used to make sure you'll be able to ride before you wait in line; ask the CM there for assistance if you need it.
