Closed attractions you never got to experience

Postby DreamFigment » Fri Jan 29, 2021 8:32 pm

Which attractions that are now gone do you wish you could have experienced, and why?

I would have liked to try Club Cool. I guess now I’ll never know the taste of Beverly!

I also think the old flying saucers look amazing. I know they tried another version and the new one didn’t really work well either, but the pictures make it seem so fun. I would also like to take a time machine back to see the House of the Future.

Never got to try Horizons -- I wasn't born..... :(
Also all of my relatives always talk about the amazing times they had on Pleasure Island. I really wish I could've experienced that!

And be glad you never tasted Beverly.... Bleh!

Swiss Family tree in WDW. On our only trip there, we were going to go on it, then decided we'd do it in a few days when our next MK day was planned. It was closed up between. So my youngest and I were pretty bummed. I miss the original at Disneyland.

I would have loved to experience The Great Movie Ride I've seen various videos on YouTube and it looked amazing, I'm so sad I will never get to experience it.
Hoping to make our first trip to the World of Mouse one day

I wish I got to experience Innoventions ( at Epcot ) when it was “better”. I got to see it when it only had Colortopia but from what I have seen it looked very cool.I also would have liked to ride the original Test Track.

I think the only one that closed before I could go on that I really wanted to do was Mickey Mouse Revue.

I wish I had done the River Cruise at Animal Kingdom. I was alive and at the park with them and didn’t go on and I don’t even know why. Especially because my dad and brother did and my mom and I skipped it.

I’ve never experienced Horizons since I wasn’t born yet and I also haven’t been able to do Maelstrom and Body Wars. And although I’ve been to Hollywood Studios when this ride was around, I’ve never ridden on The Great Movie Ride which I didn’t know existed until I heard it was closing.

I wish I got to experience the original Living Seas. There was a large gap in my visits to WDW, so I visited not long before it opened, but then my next visit was after it got the Nemo retheme.

I don't remember Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at WDW. Horizons and World of Motion look like they were amazing.

It was! I guess it was too generational and time for a change. I do miss it but I am looking forward to MMRR!

Mr. Toad's ride. We started coming to Disney the year that Pooh's many adventures opened up. I hear that Mr. Toad was a classic.
