DOLE WHIP:

It's so easy to make this authentic Dole Whip recipe from Disney—it's the ultimate at-home, vacation inspired treat!
Prep Time: 5 minutesTotal Time: 5 minutes Servings: 2 Calories: 114kcal

INGREDIENTS
1 big scoop vanilla ice cream
4 oz pineapple juice
2 cup frozen pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and icy.
Put mixture into a piping bag with a large star tip, or a ziploc bag with the corner cut. Then pipe into a cup, making a swirl just like the original.

To make enough to share, simply double or triple the ingredients listed into a full size blender.

Brown Derby Cobb Salad

1/2 head iceberg lettuce - Chopped fine
1/2 bunch watercress - Chopped fine
1 small bunch curly endive - Chopped fine
1/2 head romaine - Chopped fine
2 tablespoon minced chives - cut & Layered on top
4 ounces chicken breast cooked and shredded (I go to the deli counter and get roasted chicken 1/2 inch thick cut) - cut & Layered on top
6 bacon cooked and diced (I use thick cut) - cut & Layered on top
1 avocado peeled and diced - cut & Layered on top
3 hard-cooked egg peeled and diced - cut & Layered on top
1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbled -cut & Layered on top
3 Plum Tomatoes - cut & layered on top

Dressing
Mix all ingredients together

1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup vegetable oil

I tried making home made dole whip once. (Vanilla ice cream and frozen pineapple) It tasted pretty similar! The worst part was the mess, though. I wanted it to be exact, so I ended up piping it into a swirl.. It was good, but also messy-and melted quick! I recommend skipping the piping part (i just wanted it to look pretty!!)
