There's a good list of what rides require transfer, etc. on the Disney website at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest ... abilities/

If you are able to transfer from the WC to the ride vehicle there are more options. I use an ECV at WDW - I'm happy to answer questions based on that experience if you have any.

There are a lot of rides that are either accessable, or my favorite part is many of the dark rides or omnimover rides have the ability to drive your wheelchair right on it. One ride that you will not be able to get on is Peter Pan. The only way to get you off is to use a ladder. It is disappointing but understandable.

This is a great question and yes that link is your best bet! We took our first trip with an individual that needs extra assistance and this link is very helpful. If the individual can transfer but can not walk any steps the only rides we were unable to ride were people mover and Peter Pan's flight.

Pammie Plus Parks on youtube does a great series on getting on and off the rides. While she does not use a wheelchair, she does cover what is available for wheelchair users.

You can go almost anywhere in Disneyworld. For the dark rides, such as It's a Small World and Haunted house they have a cart or boat that you can drive your wheelchair straight on. For all other rides you will need to transfer from the wheelchair to the ride by yourself. The nice part is that they will stop the ride to give you the time to get on and off. Some rides can be a difficult to get in and out of. Others, such as Slinky Dog has one of the cars that the side can be moved back to give you more room to get on.

One nice part is that on many rides you get to skip the main lines and go through the fast pass line.

Jungle Cruise
Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room
Country Bear Jamboree
The Hall of Presidents
Liberty Square Riverboat
Mickey's PhilharMagic
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress
Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
And I believe It’s A Small World, but I am not sure on that one

Yes to it's a small world! Question though really interested in the raft to Tom Sawyer Island how did that work? I really would love to take this individual there on our next trip!
