I've only ridden it standby once, but the Flight of Passage queue (once you get inside) is really cool-- there's tons to look at and it's structured so that you're never looking at the same stuff for too long. If you can find it with a wait time less than an hour and a half or so, it's worth riding standby just to see the queue-- the FastPass line bypasses the themed parts of the queue entirely.

I'd probably give the Rise queue a close second-- it's also got tons of stuff to look at, but (unless you count the hangar as part of the queue) doesn't have anything quite as elaborate as the lab section of FoP's queue. Smuggler's Run also has a pretty neat queue (with great views of the Falcon outside), but the indoor, themed portion of the queue is relatively short.

Honorable mention to Space Mountain, for atmosphere and background music-- although I'll never forgive whoever decided they needed to play safety announcements over the Star Tunnel music, and the load area hasn't been the same since they put in the ceiling and got rid of the glow in the dark paint on the cars (you used to be able to see into the ride-- you could see the star projections and the cars as they went by).
