Thankfully, on my last trip, they were doing their soft opening before they closed again for the grand opening. I had a virtual queue for about an hour and a half and then was back in a physical line for about a half hour. I think that way is worth it. I know it's getting a lot of comments about "long lines" but it's usually a virtual queue so you could easily go shopping, go to a park, or take a nap before needing to come back. And, I've been craving the cookies ever since I got back from my trip!

I'm not sure how the virtual queue was worth it. I did the virtual queue and it was a total waste of time. When I showed up the line was about an hour so I did the virtual queue. When they called me back the line was still about an hour and I didn't go to the front I went to the back. The virtual queue doesn't save your place in the line, I'm not really sure what exactly it does since I still had to wait an hour. I just had to wait an hour, an hour later. I wasn't clear on what benefit the virtual queue had at all.
