Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom

Postby amy_k » Wed Jul 07, 2021 5:02 pm

For those thinking of going this year, I wanted to provide some insight. This is my first time being an annual passholder (as I bought in 2019 for 2020 which was extended for 2021). I've been going pretty regularly and there has been an uptick in hiring / employees which seems to also increased capacity limits for Wildwater Kingdom. Overall, it's been really great but two key aspects is due to staffing they are only open Wednesday - Sunday and if you plan to go to Wildwater you need to buy ticketed / timed reservations so plan accordingly. The new for 2021 Seaside Splashworks water section is great for kids and it's where we spend most of our time for sure.

What I'm looking forward to is Grand Carnival with parades (including a light parade!), craft making, shows, and special food July 24th - August 8th. With that, they just announced they'll be open two Mondays (July 26th and August 2nd) which others might miss so going to try to take advantage of lower crowds.
