The news story seems vague like they are winging it and guessing it.
No mention if this is just for the COVID rules or long term policy.

My guess without watching KTLA news is that it's what everyone else is reporting, which is that there's a survey that Disneyland has been doing which has some ideas of options. In the survey they are pointing out nothing is for sure either. OC Register and several sites have been sharing what is in the survey. That's basically all the news we have for a while especially that Disneyland doesn't even know when it can open.
