Re: Post-COVID changes in park ops
Not at all surprised park reservations and virtual queuing aren't going anywhere anytime soon, if ever. I don't mind either, but I feel for families who travel far who may only have one day at the park(s), and they miss out on a new ride because they didn't get a boarding group. A large family in the security line next to me on opening day was extremely disappointed when they didn't get a Web Slingers boarding group. I only hope they got one at noon.
I am also extremely curious about what the new membership program will (and won't) include.
