Tell Me About the Character Warehouse?

I've seen Jenna's shopping videos at the Character Warehouse.
Where is it?
(A Google search tells me two different locations. Are there two? If so, is one generally better than the other?)
Is parking free?
Any tricks / tips to travel to it from WDW?

Yes there are two, one each at the two Premium Outlets which are at opposite ends of International Drive. The Vineland Premium Outlets Character Warehouse is generally the better one and is closer to Disney. I know since COVID the lines are long to get in, however you can join a virtual line and go off to look at the other shops.

I've been to the one on Vineland. It's about 15 mins from Disney Springs.
It's a store located within the Orlando Premium Outlets -

Parking I believe is free, but there are other options -

I know now there are very long waits & you have to check in to return for a time to shop. A few vloggers have covered that recently in their videos.

I just went to the Disney Character Warehouse yesterday (Monday) at the Vineland location. Got in the virtual queue at 5pm and got the text to return at 6:20pm. I highly recommend getting there first hour so there’s less lines. Also, parking is free and is about 10-15 mins from WDW. We got Disney masks for only $1.75 each and saw some Minnie ears for $4 and a lot of 2020 and holiday merch

We visited both of the stores pre-COVID. Some of the stuff was the same at both stores, but some was different. One of the stores is somewhat close to WDW, but the other was a bit of a drive. At the closer store, there was a mix of free parking and pay parking. Sometimes we found acceptable souvenirs like hats, shirts, Xmas ornaments, coffee mugs and candy, but there were times when we left empty handed. It’s hit or miss. We were happy with the prices of the stuff we bought.

Great question, and great info - I'll have a car, so I might have to stop by the Character Warehouse on my next trip!

It's one of those places I've never ventured out to-maybe someday.
