Ok...here's the second new topic!

Some of you may have taken some of the "behind the scenes tours"...but maybe not. And not all of the 'tours' they have cover everything...

So...pretend you have an experienced Imagineer with the master keys to everything and every place on property...where is the one (1) place you would like to go and what would you like to see!?

I know this will be tough...because I have two that are at the top of my list...both in the same park.

But I think I'd have to go with, the American Adventure. I've read so much about the railcars underneath the building with each of the sets and rising pieces at each stage of the performance...the audio-animatronics, the projection systems...the computer control systems...I think that would all be fascinating and be indicative of other parts of other park attractions.

So what get's honorable mention? Well...it's at the other end of the park...and we'd need to get their soon before whatever comes next!

honestly anything that deals with monorail or MK railroad maintenance operations behind the scenes would be fascinating to me

as a kid riding the Disneyland Railroad for example, I remember craning my neck around to look behind the train as it passed It's A Small World to get a quick glimpse of the train roundhouse and monorail barn & wondering about all the magical things that surely went on there :)

I would be interested in WDW operations overall, how they make everything happen with the resorts, transportation, food etc. I would love a day to follow managers around.

I’d like to see behind the scenes at the imagineering offices, and more specifically the graphic design department...or who designs and creates the in park signage, food menus, etc. I went to school for graphic design with high hopes of landing a dream job of designing Disney dining menus. I unfortunately got out of school during an economic downturn and couldn’t even find a job locally to start getting experience and now I’m a commercial/industrial electrical contractor for the DoD.

The utilidors underneath the Magic Kingdom. According to the WDW documentaries that I've seen, it's practically a city unto itself down there

I want to walk with the animal keepers at AK- see the secrets of the Kilimanjaro Safari's and put out the food for the animals and see their backstage living areas. AK is my favorite park. I love an animal park (notice I didn't call it a zoo- although I love those too).

I think a cool attraction to see the behind the scenes of (with the lights turned on :D) would be Dinosaur!
I am always so fascinated by how realistic and terrifying the dinosaur animatronics are on this ride. I think it would be super cool to see these details up close!!
