Hey guys,
Back in October, I couldn’t fit on Flight of Passage (too tall, I’m 6’9”), I couldn’t get my knees to go forward enough to get the leg restraints to click. So after I got off, while waiting for my girlfriend (who was small enough to ride), a CM came up to me and asked to scan my magic band to give me and my girlfriend 2 free fast passes because I couldn’t ride.
I was confused because I know they aren’t doing fast passes right now, and asked, and she said with these you could just go up to a fast pass line and use them immediately at any park. My girlfriend got off, and thanked the CM (cause honestly she didn’t have to and during a pandemic, we should always spread the kindness) and wished her a good day.
Flash forward to the following Thursday, we were at Hollywood studios, and tried to use the fast passes to get on runaway railway. We were directed to the fast pass line, and when the guy scanned my magic band, he had no idea what we were talking about. He expressed to us that fast pass is currently only being used for those with disabilities, and not the regular line. He even scanned my magic band and there was nothing on it.
He told me to check customer services just to double check about that happened on FOP. I said ok and thanked him. I decided not to go to customer services though, because it was the last day of the trip and honestly at that point we had ridden all the E ticket items. But it has had my curiosity since we left.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is it possible to see on our magic band account, if we do have extra fast passes to use when they establish it again?
Getting a fast pass because couldn’t ride a ride?

What you were given was a Multiple Experience Fast Pass. They can be given out as Pixie Dust like in your case, but sometimes they are also given out if for example the ride breaks down while you are in line. Usually the Multiple Experience Fast Pass is for that particular park and for that particular day.Skicrimson wrote: ↑Sun Mar 07, 2021 9:42 am Hey guys,

If you look in your MDE (My Disney Experience) app on your phone you would have seen the Multiple Experience Fast Pass and it would have given you details on what rides are allowed and what ones were not (sometimes Multi-Experience Fast Passes are limited to certain tiers of rides). It may not have shown that it would expire, but it would have been in your Plans for that same day.
I have gotten these before when a ride broke down that we were waiting for, and they asked everyone to please scan their magic band on the way out - and we were given a multi-experience fast pass. But like I said, you need to use it on the same day and in that same park.

Sometimes you can catch a of glimpse after they scan of what is on your magic band. General the fast pass that Liquid Ice described lasts for just that day only.
I'm just as tall as you are and I really struggle to get that click on FOP but you can do it....
