Those of you that have done Amazon grocery delivery to your resort how exactly does it work? Do you need to be there when it comes? Can you have cold stuff delivered?

We usually ordered from the Garden Grocer. They deliver anything that you can get in your local supermarket. It is dropped exactly when you want it and brought up to the room by Bell Services. This was however pre-COVID.

We have used:
https://primenow.amazon.com/ for our past 3 trips.
1. While at the airport (make sure you are ordering for the correct zip code) I make sure that I order as soon as possible so that I get a time for delivery I want and to make sure I can get our pop & such delivered that day.
2. The food is delivered to the resort and goes to bell services.
3. You can either stop by Bell services and pick things up or you can have them take them to your room.
4. I do think there is a small fee-
I was at a conference in June of 2019. Some of my luggage got delayed-and I needed some pants. I used amazon prime now and they delivered pants to the Coronado-within 2 hours.

How soon before should you place the Amazon order? Wait until you're checked in? We're getting to Caribbean Saturday, so last second lol

I have mine pre-loaded. I usually get into Orlando around 8:00 a.m. and as soon as I land I hit order just to make sure I have my stuff there.

+1 on using Amazon Prime Now to order groceries, you can also order groceries from Whole Foods using Amazon Prime Now.
If you're an Amazon Prime member delivery is free if your order is $35 or more.
There shouldn't be a charge from Bell Services if you pick up the groceries from Bell Services, but if you want them to deliver it to your room, I believe there is a $6.00 charge, plus you may want to tip the person delivering the groceries.
Bell Services can accept food which requires refrigeration too, so you can order cold items and they can hold it for you!

Good to know. Half our cart we have preloaded went out of stock on Amazon. Do I order direct via Whole Foods and select Amazon as an option?

My wife just settled on Target. We know the products and such, and they won't go out of stock more than likely. It's like $10 one time fee, but totally worth that.

When you want to order from Whole Foods, you should be able to select it from the primenow.amazon.com website. There is a "Shop by store" option on the main page, and you can select Amazon or Whole foods.
