An old video from 1995 of the Monster Sound Show, an original attraction at Disney MGM Studios. This was one of my favorite attractions when I was a kid, and Id like to share it will all who did not get to experience it. 4 people were picked from the audience to re-create sound effects for a short film starring Chevy Chase and Martin Short. Known as a Foley stage, these audience members had different stations of effects that they were responsible for. The results were always insanely funny after replaying the created effects. I miss these types of audience participation-type attractions!

After the show, you would exit into a, wait for it, not a gift shop! Instead, you exit into a room full of fun stations to recreate sounds along with cartoons and a few other things. The best part of the after-show was almost an attraction unto itself. You would enter a soundproof booth and follow the story of RJ McBean, a new Disney employee on his first day at work. At the time, the story featured state-of-the-art sound effects; so real that you could feel the effects. Josh, I know you must remember this!
