I get a little queezy on rides, and so I would be interested in seeing a ranking of each ride so that I can prepare myself for motion sickness on my eventual first trip to the parks. Does anyone know if such a website or document exists? Or can we create one here together?

This is an interesting question! Motion sickness isn't something that I struggle with, so I don't know that I have much to add other than avoid mission space at all costs.

So I get motion sickness quite easily, so for me personally, I avoid the following rides:
Magic Kingdom
- Astro Orbiter
- The Barnstormer
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant
- Mad Tea Party
- The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Space Mountain
Depending on how bad your motion sickness is, I'll also mention Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover. I'm generally ok on this, but wouldn't like to ride it several times in a row, as it can fling you around bends in the track with some force!
Epcot
Hollywood Studios
- Alien Swirling Saucers
- Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run
- Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
- Slinky Dog Dash (Depending on how bad your motion sickness is, you may be ok on this - it's arguably the "tamest" of Disney's rollercoasters)
Animal Kingdom
- Avatar Flight of Passage
- Expedition Everest: Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
- TriceraTop Spin
Hope that helps!
I know it may seem like there's quite a lot on my list, but there are so many other rides/attractions in the parks that I don't feel like I'm missing out and there's still more than enough to enjoy!

My doctor prescribed a Scopolamine motion sickness patch. It really helped me at Disney World.

It’s a prescription. I found out about it on the internet and asked my doctor for it. It’s for motion sickness. People get it for ocean cruises and theme park rides. I tried Dramamine and it didn’t do anything. Scopolamine worked for me. People online say don’t touch your eyes or mouth after touching the scopolamine patch without washing your hands first. I never had a reaction but I did make sure to avoid touching the patch and if I did touch it I washed my hands as soon as possible and didn’t touch my eyes or mouth.

Thank you, The Great Marko! I see that you get the motion sickness much worse than I do, based on my experience with the comparable rides that I have tried at Disneyland. I know this question is subjective, because motion sickness hits different people at different intensities, but your response really helps me judge because I can see where your limits are and compare against my own experience.
My exceed my limits riding Space Mountain, Star Tours, and The Incredicoster (technically I rode it when it was California Screamin' but I haven’t tried it again after that one experience).
Soar’in and Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! (formerly The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror) are iffy for me. I enjoy them both, but really have to judge how I’m feeling that hour, and consider what my plans are for the following hour, before I make a game-time decision to board. If I do ride those, I like to sit and wait for a parade, watch a show, or some other calm activity afterward.
Nittanylions, excellent idea that I had not even considered. I shall ask my doctor if Scopolamine is right for me.

If your doctor prescribes it, ease into the rides that give you trouble to see if it is as helpful for you as it has been for me. Good luck!
