We bought plain yellow shirts for everyone when the kids were little so that we could all see each other easily and nobody would get separated from the rest of us. It was before you could have matching shirts made for your trip. Now the kids are older and they want to wear their own stuff.

Not a family vacation shirt per se but my sister, her kids, her boyfriend, his kids and I did wear the same shirt one day in 2018.
