Why Disney World missed the mark on the Galactic Cruiser

Why Disney World missed the mark on the Galactic Cruiser and a few simple fixes to make it incredible!
I think the goal for Disney was to create an all inclusive flight to the stars for super fans. They however didn’t understand what super fans really want. Super fans don’t want to be on a spaceship like one that would be in Starwars, they want to be in the movies!
The concept is great but it doesn’t complete the journey. There should be excursions that take you to the planets that are in the movies with nods to the films. A visit to Tatooine (similar inside but looks outside as the Mexico Pavilion) two suns, a giant fallen ship climbing wall just as Rey did at the beginning of the Force Awakens, a Hoth experience with an ice skating and sledding experience, maybe a little easter egg to the monsters cave and finally an arcade designed like Canto Bight would be awesome.
Another issue is the awkwardness of the cruises, they should be separated to family and adult only experiences. Adults don’t want the embarrassment of learning to use a lightsaber with an 8 year old.
The experiences should be kept completely separate.
