People Mover Got Evacuated. Ride Guests issue

There is multiple reports that "People Mover" the ride got evacuated. It went down for about 1/2 hour while security had to remove a few guests.
Guests got up during Space Mountain and were alerted cameras could see what they were doing.

They were just trying to contact Mr. Johnson in the control tower to confirm a flight to the moon.
Hands, arms, feet, and legs were kept inside the car at all times.

I hope this wasn't recent and if so I hope they sanitized the mover....
