Hello!

Are there water bottle refill stations currently available in the Parks? If yes, where are they located?

There are a couple around, but they're not very common. Traditional water fountains are all over the place, but there aren't very many of the type designed specifically to refill water bottles (mostly in newer areas of the parks-- there's one in Galaxy's Edge along with the water fountains by the restrooms and shopping area, and I think there's one or two in Pandora).

Also, any quick-service restaurant or food booth with a fountain drink machine will give you a cup of ice water for free, if you ask at the pick-up window. They won't refill your own bottle or cup for you (health code requirements), but you can refill your own cup or bottle from the cup they give you and throw out the cup. Also a good way to get cold water, as Disney's water fountains are rarely refrigerated.
