Disney Remote Customer Service Rep Job limitations??

Does anyone know why Disney requires it's remote Customer Service representatives to live in specific states? It's very frustrating to me, because it allows for several states that border Indiana, but not Indiana. I'm sure there's a reason, but if you're working remotely, why does it matter where you live? I'm on the same time zone as some of the listed states, so I don't thinks that's the reason. I'm about 15 miles from the border of Illinois. I saw a position available today for Illinois, still no Indiana. :/ - Curious

I'm not sure but I just moved from Indy to Fl. Been here a week now!
