What are everyone's thoughts on the latest updates from Disney this morning about the 50th? I think it all sounds so amazing! I'm really curious about the Animal Kingdom daytime show

In case you missed it: new fireworks show, Harmonious date, new daytime show at AK, new gold sculptures & new cavalcade

I think it’s great news! I kinda figured Harmonius would premier on Oct. 1 and there would maybe be Magic Kingdom fireworks. Surprised at the AK show but glad they’ll have something. And kinda betting the boats used are the kite boats from Epcot Forever.

I'm super excited for everything (except the crazy crowds) for our trip in October. I've only got 1 day for Epcot (scheduled) but I'm hoping if I miss HarmonioUS I'll be able to hop over one evening later in the week.

thats what i am wondering how easy will it be to park hop during that time?

I completely missed this announcement (been *so* busy lately!) - will these things still be around come January next year?

MAGIC KINGDOM: 9AM-10PM (8AM for resort hours)
EPCOT: 11AN-10PM (10:00AM for resort guests early hours)
HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS: 9AM-9PM (8AM for resort guests early hours)
ANNIMAL KINGDOM: 8AM-8PM (till July 30th) (7AM, for resort guests early hours)
ANNIMAL KINGDOM: 8AM-7PM (starting August 1st for Fall Hours adjusted for Daylight Savings Time, 7AM for resort guests early hours)

We're so very excited for the big 50th Celebration! We need to start a thread on who all is going to be at Magic Kingdom on Oct 1st. I know there's a few of us and I would love to meet up even for a couple of minutes to get a picture together if we can! Stay tuned for that thread!
