In October my mom and I waited until the end of the night to ride Slinky Dog. When we were getting off of the ride I said to my mom how much fun it was and the cast member asked us if we would like to ride it again. We of course said yes!!! They put us right back on the ride. It was a bonus ride at the end of the night on the last day of our girl’s vacation. It made our vacation !!! We could not thank her enough for that magical moment!!!

In September, we were taking pics in front of the castle when my daughter's mask slid down under her nose. We told her to pull it up, and she promptly did, and we continued to take pics. Right after, a cast member came up and gave her a coupon for a free snack for obeying the mask requirement for pictures. My daughter is 3 by the way. We actually enjoy our masked pictures, we never remove our masks for pics. It's a reminder of the time we are currently in for down the road.

Name some of your favorite magical memories made by a cast member!

I’ll start. Hollywood Studios closed at 9 on this specific day and we had just got off Toy Story Mania and as soon as we stepped out from the exit queue, it was past 9 pm. My friends and I really wanted to ride one more time. So we went up the the CM and asked since it was just three people, could we ride one more time before closing and she’s said sure!!! So we were the only people on the entire attraction and they all cheered when we came back to unloading. It took them a few extra minutes but is a memory I’ll remember the rest of my life!

Just yesterday, I was gonna use my Starbucks b-day rewards at Magic Kingdom and the CM told me they don’t redeem rewards on Disney property. Anyway, I placed my order and ready to pay as normal when all of a sudden the CM told me everything was covered on behalf of Mickey for my birthday. So very grateful and surprised!

2011 was my first time ever going to WDW. On our first full day, I was wearing my First Time button in Hollywood Studios. Just next to the Sorcerer’s hat, there was an ice cream cart. I asked to get a Mickey Bar and because it was my first time, she gave it to me for free. That made all the difference in the world and added a bit of magic that day.

Was in MK with my mum and we had just got ice creams on main street and were walking quickly to get on Pirates. On the path in front of Crystal Palace my mum dropped her ice cream! A CM happened to be walking by and as we were cleaning it up asked what kind of ice cream it was and told us to wait a minute. She came back a few moments later with a new ice cream cone for my mum. It made me cry!! Just goes to show that CM's make magic happen for adults as well as kids. I promised not to make my mum walk and eat anymore and just slow down and enjoy the magic of Disney

My last trip with my school, in Feb 2020, was freezing cold! We were on Main Street our final day, and some of the kids were shivering waiting for a parade. A CM got chatting to one of our teachers (who is one of the nicest humans ever). After a while the CM said he’d be right back. Five mins later he reappeared with a voucher for the teacher to buy a hoody (he had lent his to a kid), and then the CM said “follow me”, and took those of our party that were there right into meet Mickey! Super super happy teens!

Two moments that are burned into my memory, just experiences and not something material that was given...

Had a CM who skipped along the conveyor belt as guests get onto Peter Pan, “magically” sprinkling pixie dust and waving a magic wand to lower the seat restraint. She was there every time I passed by that evening for about 2 hours. She was running on pixie dust, and adding that little extra magic that we love about Disney.

Top moment is at Tower of Terror, a bellhop character CM had the timing for the preshow perfected, and got in the face of a guest who didn’t want to move all the way into that little room. She kinda got into his face, said one of their lines they usually do, then put her hand straight up in the air and snapped her finger just as the thunder struck and lights went out. The guy and several people freaked. She then disappeared (assuming she snuck through the crowd, she was quite petite), and reappeared at the exit, creepily eyeballing the guy who was a nuisance as she gave her spiel. Gave me goosebumps and reminded me why I was dumping out my wallet to be there. It’s these people that make me want to return so many times.

Gtting off of Splash our 8 y/o niece took a right towards Adventureland and the rest of us took a left staying in Frontierland. The CM's were like Presidential Security around her-checked i.d.'s of her parents and she got a stuffed Briar Rabbit from them!

It was summer of 2019. Tower of Terror had a 15-minute standby way, so I got in line. After about 10 minutes, the line stopped moving and they announced that one of the elevators was down. I tried to tough it out, but it was hot and I started feeling a bit dizzy. So I got out of line and stopped at the first ice cream cart that I spotted on Sunset Boulevard. The cast member gave me my Mickey Bar for free, telling me that Mickey thought I needed a treat!

My Mom knew someone who used to do marketing videos at Disney World. We were there for my birthday in 2015. It was the last day of our trip and we were going to Magic Kingdom the next day. On the day before, she texted my Mom and asked if we could ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train as a promotion commercial for Japanese guests to come to Disney World. We did the commercial with a few other people and got to ride it 3 times in a row before park opening! We even got to go through a secret entrance to the Magic Kingdom! It was a great birthday for me and a wonderful experience!
