Best moment - when I was wearing my "celebrating my 30th visit" button. A CM working the pretzel cart at the Magic Kingdom asked me if it was really my 30th visit, when I said yes, he replied "this snack is on me." Not the biggest prize in the world, but it was like I won millions of dollars. That CM really showed the Disney magic that day.

A few years ago, we went to Early Morning Magic at MK. While we were eating the complimentary breakfast, a cast member noticed that my son and I were celebrating birthdays. She didn’t have to do anything, but she brought my son a small birthday dessert and gave us a paper Fast Pass to use on any ride at any time for our entire group.

Hands down best trip ever-family trip in 2005, first time with the kids (7 & 10) in October. There were 17 of us, cousins, extended family etc. We had tix for MNSSHP. My cousin and I were standing next to Walt & Mickey just watching the Villains show on the castle stage and the guys were up closer with the kids- we're standing there watching and chit chatting back and forth and a "suit" comes up and starts chatting. Asks how we're enjoying the park and has the weather been good for us- the typical chit chat. Then he asks us how many of us are here and if we're all in costume, and do we have any strollers or wheel chairs? We tell him 17, all in costume (most Disney costumes) and just one umbrella stroller. Then he looks right at my cousin and I and says " well, we're in need of a Grand Marshal for tonights parade, would y'all like to be in the parade and wave to all the guests?"!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cousin and I start freaking out! We're so excited. We had to gather all the family, and he took us backstage to bypass the crowds, back to Frontierland where it kicks off. The kids got to ride in the antique fire truck with 2 of our adults, and the rest of us, dressed as Captain Hook, The Queen of Hearts, Jafar, and the Evil Queen- got to ride in the top of the double decker bus! OMG- and we got to see the Headless Horseman up close-really close. That was the most magical moment I've ever had in Disney- ever. Riding that parade route, waving to all the people. We wore those smiles til our jaws hurt!
Here's a pic (sorry, for the glare, it's the only one I have of all of us in costume in the lobby of Pop of all places lol). My hubs and I are Evil Queen and Jafar, our cousins are Captain Hook and the Queen of Hearts.

WOW! That sounds like something you will never forget! Even the littlest things the cast members do bring so much joy and comfort! And that was a one in a life time opportunity! Hopefully when I go back (this year if not next year) I wanna stay till magic kingdom officially closes so maybe just maybe I can close the gates to the park!

For me it was probably back in 2006, when the kids were little. We were watching "Wishes" at MK and the part of the song where that cute girl sings, "Starlight, starbright....first star I see tonight...." My 5 year old daughter was sitting on her father's shoulders with her hands clasped and her eyes shut so tight making her wish. I bawled my eyes out. Such a precious moment.

Re: What are some of the best moments you have seen or had in DisneyWorld!
I lived on the west coast until I was 21 so I can most memories are about Disneyland (which I've been to 34 times) so bear with me; but my best memory is when my boyfriend and I got to spend the night in the park because my school had rented the park for our graduation party. I went to a tiny, private all-girls school and it got together with about 30 other similar schools and rented it for their graduating girls and their boyfriends (if they had one or a friend if they did not) It was so much fun. EVERY ride was a walk-on. The entire park looked empty, which of course it wasn't, but it certainly looked it compared to regular days when they were opened to the public.
I'm 68-years-old now and to this day I have no idea how these little schools could afford to do that for us because the shops were open, several of the restaurants were open and all of the rides were open. You know it had to cost a fortune. All of the public schools in the area did that as well for their seniors, but they had thousands of kids at their senior nights because the schools were huge and lots of schools got together. The public school nearest to my school had 2300 graduating seniors and my school had 52, so you can see what I mean when I say tiny!
BTW, I ended up marrying that boyfriend and raising two children, who have given me 3 grandchildren.
The MAGIC KINGDOM worked its magic on us!!!
