Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
Epcot is hands-down my favorite park! I think my favorite pavilion has to be Mexico! Between the Gran Fiesta Tour and the food/margaritas, it's amazing! My favorite ride overall is Test Track! We rode it 7 times last time we were there! I can't get enough! We love Food & Wine festival so much. We look forward to it every year!
Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
Epcot is definitely my favourite park, we always go to Epcot twice from the other parks. My favorite ride from all of disney parks is definitely Soarin! the music, the scenery of the different parts of the world, the smells, and just flying around is a amzing feeling!. My favorite pavilion kinda tough to pick a favorite, my top 3 would probably be in no order are Mexico, Japan and Germany. Im most excited for the guardians of the galaxy ride! I been to all festivals except the art festival which i hope to go to one day! I really enjoy trying the diferent foods and drinks around the world. Ohhh and also checking out the merchandise!

Test track is my favorite ride because it fast and cool. My favorite World Showcase pavilion is Japan because they have cool stuff in the shop and it is just a beautiful pavilion in general.

My favorite pavilion is Mexico. I love the theming and the shopping (w/the authentic items), and them weaving in Coco, and of course, the Grand Fiesta tour is there.
My favorite ride is Soarin! It's nothing fancy but there's something about the sights and smells.
I'm excited about the Ratatouille ride! I was also interested to see what they were going to add with regards to Moana but I guess that won't be happening right now.
Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!

Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
There are so many things about EPCOT that I love. I honestly cannot pick one favorite pavilion in World Showcase. The Japan pavilion is great for overall atmosphere, Italy is great for food and wine, Norway for the Frozen ride, and Mexico for an immersive experience.
Living with the Land is one of the last educational attractions on property, and that makes it extra special for me. The Seas pavilion is also a special place... I could honestly spend hours watching the sea creatures.
I’m super excited about the Guardians of the Galaxy coaster, even though I don’t feel it really belongs in EPCOT. The shift from an educational focus in EPCOT to IP doesn’t impress me a ton, however the thought of having a new E Ticket attraction excites me. In my opinion this ride would have made more sense in Hollywood Studios.

Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
Epcot is one of the best parks hands down and I think one of the best rides in it is Figment. I know it could use a little work but other than that and maybe Soarin, it has to be one of the best.

Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
My favorite pavilion is Japan. It's my dream to visit Japan one day and right now, that is the closest I can get until I can save enough money to travel across the giant lake to Japan for real! My favorite ride in future world is Soarin. And I'm not a fan of change so if they bring back anything that is old or just relocate it to someplace else in EPCOT, then that is what will make me very happy. I absolutely love the music in EPCOT. I know this may sound a little weird, but I also think that EPCOT is the best smelling Park! I just love smelling all the international foods and all the Flowers during the Flower and Garden Festival.

EPCOT is amazing! Spaceship Earth all lit up at night is one of my favorite things! Something very peaceful about it. My favorite pavilions (can’t pick one) are Japan, Mexico, China and UK. Favorite ride now is probably Living with the Land. However , I really miss Horizons and the original Journey into Imagination!!
I could live at this park! I fall asleep many nights to videos of EPCOT

Japan and France are my favorites now. Japan's got the best stuff to buy, and France is the prettiest with the new expansion. I'm also really excited for Guardians in the World Discovery area. I know some fans don't like movie IPs for Epcot, but as long as it has some kind of edutainment, then I think it'll be fine.

I love the World Showcase, so it's hard for me to pick just one favorite pavilion. It's probably a three-way tie with Mexico, Norway, and the UK. Honestly, there's so much great stuff to see. I could spend days at Epcot.

My favorite pavilion has to be the Land. I love how relaxing it is.. And their breakfast is great! Also it's the location of my favorite ride. (Living with the land)
Usually when I go there I know that my entire day is ahead of me.

Once Innoventions west is razed and SSE has the new lighting design (safe assumption) people will only be asking what took them so long.

Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
I think my favourite park would have to be Epcot because it was Walt's last dream...what we have at present is the shadow of Walt's imagination...what we would have had if Walt had lived longer was the sun...I believe in his hands EPCOT would have outshone all the other parks combined...but I'm biased towards the best possible worlds we can imagine...please see my post in the general discussion section about how many imaginary worlds have inspired writer's and artists in history and are even still doing so today..."Favourite Strange, Utopian, Magical Lands and Worlds"
Also try to see the most underrated of Disney's features of recent years... Tomorrow land: A World Beyond
I like to think of the parks this way...a park for every age...
(1) Magic Kingdom is for toddlers and young children and their parents(who themselves are admirably in touch with their inner 5-12 year olds!)
(2) Hollywood Studios and Universal Studios are for teenagers and young adults and their parents.
(3) Epcot is for adults and their adult parents and beyond!
These aren't strict boundaries of course because they all overlap in many fun and joyful ways...and nobody does adult at Disney anyway!
(4) Animal Kingdom with the giant baobab tree at it's centre and all the animals is really a Garden of Eden analogue which must appeal to everyone's inner Adam and Eve!
C.G.Jung the psychologist who investigated myths around the world would have a field day studying why the parks captivate us so much!
George Lucas based his Star Wars films on Joseph Campbell's books which in turn owe a great deal to Jung's work...
Each pavilion in Epcot is really a far away pocket magical land in its own right...that's part of the heart of Walt Disney's imagination...

Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
Great topic!
I would say my favorite pavilion right now is mexico. I love the seating near world showcase lagoon for firework viewing. I like the food offerings, Gran Fiesta Tour/Rio del Tiempo are always fun. great music with Mariachi Cobre often being there... such a great pavilion.
My favorite future world ride remains test track. I really love soarin but something about test track always gets me excited to design and ride.
I really miss the fountain of nations , I am looking forward to the Moana experience as an alternate to fill the void left from the fountains removal.

Would have to say Italy is my favorite. Via Napoli is a great restaurant, and the performers outside the shops are awesome.
During food and wine, Canada has the best food though!

Germany is probably my favorite in the World Showcase since I like dinner at the biergarten & the train set, followed closely by Norway. I'm looking forward to the Ratatouille ride and creperie - maybe it will bump France up to my favorite pavilion since I already like the atmosphere there, as well as the bakery! On the future world side I hope to take the Behind the Seeds tour some time since I always enjoy the Living with the Land ride.

Re: Let’s Talk About Epcot!
I absolutely love Epcot. There's nothing else like it in the world. However, it is sad to see the state that it is in. I truly can't wait until Disney is able to finish some of the amazing project they have planned for it! I especially can't wait to see the newly transformed Innoventions Plaza or whatever they will call it when it reopens. That's the central hub of Epcot, and I hope it's truly incredible when finished, even if it takes a few years.
