Has anyone else read the Orlando Sentinel’s article discussing how firefighters at Disney’s Reedy Creek Fire Department have expressed staffing concerns? I’ve included a link to the article below! I’ve always felt like Disney is safe. But it’s really concerning to hear that the people tasked with that job haven’t had staff increases since before Animal Kingdom opened, that they really don’t think they have the staff to respond to a serious emergency incident, and that numerous of them refuse to ride the skyliner because they don’t think they have the staff to adequately respond if it goes down. Yikes!!!
