Epcot Monorail

I just talked to the front desk at Poly getting last minute info about our trip next week. And I asked about the monorail, and she said it was open and running. I couldn't find any news about it anywhere, so I am not sure if she misunderstood me or if she meant the MK monorail, or if she as saying the monorail would be open by 7/7 when we get there.

Can anyone confirm if it is running or may be running by next week?
