There has been an ongoing question. We’ve been getting as chat moderators for 2021-2022 with RESORTTV1 Live Streaming Walt Disney World Parks.
Does Walt Disney World Parks offer disability services and access to park guests? YES, they do. Walt Disney World is 100% ADA Accessible to ALL guests with a documented disability. Please notify or stop by Disney Resorts and Park Customer Service Booths with your travel questions.
How do disability guests cut the line? Walt Disney World has a Disability Access Service Card.
DISABLITY ACCESS SERVICE CARD: PLEASE GO TO GUEST SERVICES AT EACH PARK OR RESERVE VIA PHONE IN ADVANCE.
-HOW LONG: Once issued, guests have 14 Days once approved to use them for travel for reservations using basic ticketing, and park hopper. Annual Pass Holders must talk with Guest Services in advance as it requires a longer time frame.
RETURN TIME: When, a guest goes up to any ride in the park. He or She will ask for a RETURN TIME to cast member. The cast member has a tablet. For example, if Big Thunder Mountain is 45 minutes wait-time. You would return to the ride in like 30 minutes. The wait-time will be between 15-20 minutes on average
ALERT: Return Times will only be granted if the line is over 15 minutes. Cast Members, believe that 15 minutes is reasonable time to wait for a ride. The ride also could be a walk-on when it's not occupied by others.
FAST PASS LINE: Disability Guests during COVID-19 are temporarily using the fast pass line until Walt Disney World Parks reinstates the fast pass for everyone to use.
WHEELCHAIRS: Please, get a return time if the line is over 15 minutes. Cast Members will need time to make sure space is available on the attraction.
