Planters fasciitis
Planters fasciitis
I had planter fasciitis also. I took my doctor’s advice and every time I saw a curb or a step I gently placed the ball of both feet on the step and gently lowered my heels. You’re not supposed to go up and down; you’re just supposed to stretch and hold that stretch for a while. Let your heels sink down gently. I did that whenever I was going up an escalator but mostly I took my stepstool and holding on to something to steady myself, I did that little exercise several times a day. Before too long, the planters fasciitis was entirely gone. And guess what!? It never came back! Also you could try wearing MBT shoes. They have rocker soles that stretch the back of your heel As you walk. You can order them online from Footwear etc. You mentioned on the live stream when you were “in charge“ at Hollywood studios that you were possibly going to try the frozen water bottle rolling it under your foot. I tried that. It didn’t help. I hope that what I have shared with you will help you with the planters fasciitis. It sure helped me!

Re: Planters fasciitis
Planters Fasciitis is no fun. The stretches definitely help. You also might try Super feet inserts and going to a running store even if you are not a runner and getting your gate looked at they can fit you with shoes that match you which will help as well. And roll your calves do not let them get tight it will make it worse
Planters is a lot of trial and error .
I Hope dad feel better soon

Re: Planters fasciitis
Oh, Josh and Jenna, I am so glad you knew that this post was meant for your father. I was watching the replay of the live stream last night and couldn’t wait to share this remedy with your dad. I know that it will work for him as it worked for me. The doctor said that everyone who followed his advice had their planters fasciitis cured within months. And I think mine was even sooner. It was while I was still teaching but as I said, it has never come back. Now I am nine years retired and taking brisk walks in my neighborhood. Getting ready for my November trip to WDW. ![😎](//twemoji.maxcdn.com/2/svg/1f60e.svg)
