We usually stay at Port orleans or the contemporary. Now my kids are older and need more room, so we are getting 2 room at movies. Any tips or info on the resort?

We have enjoyed staying in a standard room near the smaller pool, not a preferred room. To us, there are more positives than cons, or I should say con. The only con we see is the distance it could take from the bus entrance to your room if you plan on only taking the bus as your primary form of transporation as opposed to a Lyft or Uber.

The pros of one of these rooms near the smaller pool is it's much quieter, the pool is still large enough for the area of rooms, and to over come the only con I mentioned above about the bus, is if you do use a Lyft, they have drop off and pickup zones in various parking lot locations i.e the red circle areas are where we saw them available the last time we stayed here Feb 2018:

I don't understand why the values are so underrated. We've stayed here several times and never had a bad stay. Honestly, I think the cast members are friendlier here than most of our moderate stays. We've stayed in the Toy Story section and found it was worth the few dollars more per night because it's close to the main building.
