Merchandise not found on Shop Disney
I am trying to find the Festival of The Arts Hat that is sold at EPCOT with Figment on it. It's not sold on Shop Disney and Disney is currently not sending out Merchandise via phone service. Does anyone know where I can get one? I found one online for $45 but I think it's I bit much since it costs $30 in the park. Thanks!
