I have recently developed a Garlic allergy and frankly am finding it hard to navigate my “normal” diet and don’t know where to begin to try and determine where to eat. Sit downs are pretty chill when you talk to the chef but what is it like when ordering quick service??? Any advice welcome!

Disney has a link all about Food Allergies that will probably be useful. At the bottom, there is an email address and phone # where you can speak to them directly.
I also believe that within the MDE app there is an allergy-friendly menu. Also this website may be helpful to glance https://allergyfriendlydisney.com/

Disney is AMAZING for allergies. Any quick service or restaurant can call a chef for you to go over allergen concerns. It's very easy, and they are always nice to do it. I have celiac disease, and it is a great asset I utilize every trip
