I tried making home made dole whip once. (Vanilla ice cream and frozen pineapple) It tasted pretty similar! The worst part was the mess, though. I wanted it to be exact, so I ended up piping it into a swirl.. It was good, but also messy-and melted quick! I recommend skipping the piping part (i just wanted it to look pretty!!)

Does anyone happen to know how to get or make a bread comparable to the sandwich bread they use at Earl of Sandwich in Disney Springs?
