Hi All: I am going to MK next month and have a question for dinner: The only places with reservations available are 1) Navigation Skipper Canteen,2) Liberty Tavern, or 3) Tony's Town Square. Which would you personally recommend of these 3? Thanks

I have never been to any of these but I have seen some great blogs and reviews on Skipper Canteen. I would check the menus before you reserve to be sure there will be something you will enjoy. Also to be sure you are aware of the dining styles(I believe Liberty tree is a family style meal)

I also have never been to either of these places, but I have seen reviews of Tony's recently. The location - right at the entrance seems like a fun place to eat outside and watch all the happy faces come into Magic Kingdom. The food seems like the usual Italian fare you would see at other Italian style places however the location would definitely be part of the overall experience.

I haven't been to Liberty Tree Tavern in a long time and never went to the other two. I tried to do Skipper Canteen but it was in the weird time where they weren't taking reservations. From the reviews online and that of friends/family who have gone to all three, they like Liberty Tavern the best and it is really known for the "Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake" which you can substitute if you don't select the meal that comes with it.

If you do end up for Tony's Town Square, what is recommended is to get an outside patio table before when the calvacades begin (you can get an estimate for when ResortTV1 streams them).

I am not familiar with the covid menus, but pre covid I would have choosen...

1) Liberty Tree
2) Skippers
3) leave MK for any TS at GF or WL
4) go hungry
5) Tony's

2. Liberty
3. Skip Tony's

I would probably skip all 3 and just go to Cosmic Ray's or Tomorrowland Terrace.

i’ve heard good things about skipper canteen and liberty tree, but not tony’s. would definitely go with skipper canteen out of those, because it sounds the most delicious.

Of the three I've only been to Liberty Tree and that's been some years ago, however we enjoyed it very much- it was Thanksgiving Dinner (traditional) basically, but the food was great.
I've seen reviews and Skipper Canteen/jungle nav co is on my list for our upcoming trip, but I have to say the reviews I've seen for Tony's were not very favorable.

Skipper Canteen for sure! But I see you posted this a month ago, so where did you end up eating?

little late but i recommed skipper canteen, great food and beverages!
