The older I get the more i enjoy the experience of Disney world more than the rides. and one of my favorite thing to do is sit back and watch Disney walk by me. And this brings me to my next question.

I love to go to the top deck on paddlefish and order a good beer or mixed drink and watch the car boats go by and whatever else i can see!

my two faves at Epcot to imbibe in moderation & people-watch: enjoying an ale at the Rose & Crown in the UK pavilion, and a delicious cold or warm sake on the patio at Katsura Grill in the Japan pavilion overlooking the gardens

Rose & Crown is a must visit for me on each visit ...Carl is the best darn bartender on property and Carol Stein is not only the sweetest person you could ever meet -she's an accomplished musician and legend!
