Gluten Free Food at WDW
Has anyone found good gluten free food options at parks, resorts or Springs? I had the pot roast at Pop Century and it was amazing! Just the gravy has gluten. Would love to hear other suggestions. Please share.

Great topic!!
2 of our favorite places are Skipper Canteen at MK and Trattoria al Forno at Boardwalk.
Most things at Skipper Canteen are gluten free or can be made gluten free.
Fried items at Tratorria al Forno are all gluten free and made in a dedicated fryer. Great fried calamari and chicken parm!

I am in the same gluten-free quandary. What I do is bring my own food. It works and I don’t get sick. I think that it might be easier to get a wonderful meal at a sit down restaurant. I once ate outside of Animal Kingdom at the Rainforest Cafe. The server asked a chef to come out and talk with me. He made a wonderful meal for me. I was so happy!

Great suggestions! I’ve heard of a GF churro and I’ve yet to find it. I thought it was at the Poly but I’m not sure.

Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC at Disney Springs is all gluten-free, as well as vegan and kosher. The donuts are delicious!!

I love Erin McKenna’s! I always get the kitchen sink. It is some of the leftovers from the previous day, but you get different items in one cup. It still tastes fresh. Any time we go to a quick serve we ask for the gluten free menu and they make the food fresh...but it takes extra time to get the order. I wish more YouTubers would cover allergy foods! I know Jenna likes chicken nuggets and the quick serves have yummy gf nuggets!

There is one vlogger I found that is celiac and covers GF food at Disney Parks. She is from England, so there is a pause until travel is easier. Check it out cuz they’re super cute too! https://youtube.com/c/YazandAsh
Justin Scarred on Randomland is also celiac, but he doesn’t focus on gf food. But still a great channel

This is so helpful I have recently had to go gluten free and have worried about finding meals in Disney since I am also dairy free.
