How would I go about moving to Florida from UK. Would I need a work placement or sponsorship?
Any one does this already and can give some tips?

Contact an immigration lawyer. You may be eligible for artist visa re: radio presenter. But again: You're gonna want to speak to a lawyer.TimmsFiles wrote: ↑Fri Jan 29, 2021 11:46 am How would I go about moving to Florida from UK. Would I need a work placement or sponsorship?

Re: Moving from UK
You really need to speak to an immigration attorney. I practiced immigration but don't take those cases at the moment. Sponsorship is doable, but it is a risk for the employer and thus hard to find. An immigration attorney will be able to give you the options that exist. One other suggestion is to contact the UK Chamber of Commerce in the Four Corners area because they may be able to refer you to an attorney who has worked with UK expats and knows the best strategies.
