What can you tell me about Davenport Florida? I've seen a lot of "over 55" neighborhoods. I do need an area without a HOA or if they have a HOA I need to be able to put up an outside antenna.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Probably not helpful, but the only thing I know about Davenport, Florida, is to visit the highly recommended Honey's Bee Bee Que restaurant. The owners are the couple formerly known as "Here with the Ears" that sold everything and stayed on Walt Disney World property for the entire year in 2019 (and I suspect they are very glad they didn't try that experiment in 2020!).
And the nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize goes too...
