Here are our favs. I would highly recommend eating in some resorts too. their food is SOOOO good.
Magic Kingdom - Skipper Canteen (TS) or Columbia Harbour House (QS)
EPCOT - Biergarten (TS) or France (QS)
HOllywood Studios - Ronto Roasters (QS)
Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree BBQ (QS)
*We usually leave both HS and AK to eat Table service meals. The surrounding resorts have much better food than.

We eat at Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom nearly every trip now, and we always enjoy it!
As for quick service, my favorite is the Boulangerie in France. Wonderful baguette sandwiches, that are easy to take outside and eat!
I'd also second what other people have said - don't forget about the resorts! Especially if you're in Magic Kingdom, it's pretty easy to pop over to one of the resorts on the monorail or take a boat to the Wilderness lodge and then pop back. I haven't eaten at the new(ish) indoor/outdoor Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Wilderness Lodge. But family members have, and they really enjoyed it!

MK: Columbia Harbor House - quick service in MK because I want to spend the majority of my time at the various rides and attractions
AK: Nomad Lounge/Tiffins, $$$ but a lovely experience
HS: ... not stoked about the food I’ve tried at HS. However, I’ve heard that the Brown Derby is excellent
EPCOT: Biergarten for an immersive and delicious meal

Hi!
A lot, of course, might be influenced by your tastes...but, for fun...here's some to consider based on our past experience:
Magic Kingdom - most beautiful place - Be Our Guest, best family style - Liberty Tree Tavern, anywhere you can find a corn dog and a funnel cake!
EPCOT - best value (all you can eat) - Biergarten, dinner and a show, Japan Teppan Edo, beautiful place - Via Napoli, BBQ heaven - Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue (American pavilion). (and just down the way is where you get funnel cake!

). Oh...and one more thing...get the Scotch Egg over at the Rose and Crown Bar.
Hollywood Studios - quirky location - Sci-Fi Dining, best 'park' food - Woody's Lunch Box, oh...just give me a pizza - PizzeRizzo
Animal Kingdom - a bit more challenging...**** position - Flame Tree Barbecue..meat's a little on the fatty side...but...it;s BBQ!, for table service and where you can find something for everyone - Yak & Yeti Restaurant, or...just get snacks and head over to Disney Springs for dinner
Have fun choosing and eating!

MK - Skipper Canteen
AK - Mobile Order Satuli Canteen or Table Service Yak & Yeti
Epcot - Idk many choices
HS- maybe one of the places for the experience or atmosphere. We aren’t crazy about any food at Hollywood. Enjoy eating in Galaxy’s Edge, Sci Fi was fun once, and Hollywood & Vine is a fun Character Meal.
Homecoming at Disney Springs is a MUST!

MK-Skippers or Liberty Tree or Columbia H. H.
AK-Flame Tree -Tusker House (very underrated character dining when it's back open)
Epcot-Hard to go wrong in Epcot-Garden Grill, Biergarten, Rose&Crown
H.S.- A really high priced drink in Oga-A ronto wrap but really leave the park and go to Epcot or a Resort. H.S. just needs some help with the food.

I’m almost thinking those hopper passes would have been good just to leave certain parks to get food at others

We eat right at Pop Century a lot. The food is pretty good and it’s convenient.
At MK, we like Columbia Harbor House or Pinocchio’s Village Haus.
At AK, we like Yak and Yeti outdoor quick service.
At Disney Springs, we like Earl of Sandwich and Cookes of Dublin.

Hopping for food is what we do.
