Need dinner suggestions after AK day.

Found out that our favorite ride Everest will be under refurbishment in January when we go. So we'll be making dinner reservations outside of AK. What place would you suggest? A hotel resort place or Disney Springs? Give me ideas to research! Thanks!

Animal Kingdom Lodge has great restaurants. Topolino at Riviera is a great choice too. Disney Springs has tons to choose from and I suggest Polite Pig, Homecomin’ or The Boathouse
