I have loved renting with Dollar for quite some time... Little tip join the dollar club (it's free) and when you arrive you go directly to your car and the BEST part they don't shake you down for extra insurance. We use them mostly in Vegas and Orlando. I have been burned MANY times going with cheaper alternatives. We booked with a lesser brand car rental offsite and they absolutely refused to rent us a car when I refused to pay the insurance even though we were reserving with an AMEX Platinum Card. I filed a dispute with Amex and they agreed to return my fees to this car rental company.
Just a tidbit of info.
