Re: When was your first trip??
My first trip to Disneyland was July 1957, I was 3. I don’t remember much but I seem to remember the mule ride and also being in a dark room and a face appeared..,,I’m thinking maybe it was Snow White’s Scary Adventure.

I’m not a member but have been the guest of members 6 times. My husband and I cherish each time we were able to go as we thought it would be a Once in a Life Time experience.

Re: Crossroads Shopping Center Closing . . . Memories
My husband and I use to go to Goodings at the start of every trip to pick up snacks, ice tea and water. We had taken friends to dinner at Jungle Jim’s but they closed years ago. There was a shop that sold Disney souvenirs that we had gone up a few times and we played mini golf at Pirates Cove.

Re: Looks like Alaska Cruise will be canceled-Again
I promised her a Disney Cruise as my husband and I never were able to take her and her husband due to circumstances. Both of our husbands were best friends from Kindergarten and she and I were best friends from Kindergarten. Both of our husbands passed away within 2 years from Esophageal cancer. We ...

Looks like Alaska Cruise will be canceled-Again
 It was announced yesterday that Canada is not allowing cruise ships in their ports until March 2022 so I’m waiting for Disney Cruise to contact me about my Alaska Cruise that was rescheduled from August 2020 to August 2021. I’ve been on the cruise twice but I was taking my friend that has nev...

I was there for the pre-watch party and the beginning of the stream but had to leave for a bit. I’ll watch replay to catch what I missed before coming back.
I love the Skyliner and stopping at the resorts.

Re: HOW MANY DCL Cruises have you taken? Favorite ship?
I’ve been on 16, number 17 to Alaska was canceled last Aug but had been rescheduled for Aug 2021. The Alaska cruise is my favorite but the Mediterranean cruise is a close second. I think the reason it’s not #1 is due to the weather when we were there, over 100 degrees was not enjoyable . My husband ...

My favorite is the American Adventure, no matter that I’ve seen it probably close to 100 times, the music has me in tears every time

Re: Name a time when a Cast Member made some magic for you! Small or large
My husband and I had reservation at Polynesian to stay for 4 nights after our Disney Cruise. After getting off the ship-we had a rental car at the port- we drove directly to Poly. We arrived at around 9:30 am. The CM that checked us in asked us where we wanted to stay, we said we were fine with anyw...

Re: When did you first visit Walt Disney World?
My first trip to Disney World was on our honeymoon in September 1974. We stayed at the Contemporary for a week. We were 20 so too young to rent a car so took a bus -probably Mears- no such thing as Magical Express. From the moment the bus drove under the lake and we saw the resort we were hooked! It...

Re: How Do You Display Your Pins?
My husband made a 4ft x 4ft Mickey head with cork that we displayed them for years but ended up giving that to a friend because we had so many pins. I now have several Disney pin bags.

Re: Which closed attraction do you miss the most?
I miss all the original attractions at Disney MGM. I was there opening day and most of it is gone.
I also miss Horizons and Cranium Command at Epcot.
At Magic Kingdom I miss the Skyride though with the Skyliner in use now it’s least that takes the place.
