Disney Remote Customer Service Rep Job limitations??
Does anyone know why Disney requires it's remote Customer Service representatives to live in specific states? It's very frustrating to me, because it allows for several states that border Indiana, but not Indiana. I'm sure there's a reason, but if you're working remotely, why does it matter where yo...

Re: Star Wars Art - Diet Coke Droid 3D Model
This looks amazing! Is there any specific field you are job searching in? Non-profit, for-profit, corporation, entertainment industry, etc? I would prefer entertainment. But at this point, I will probably not be too picky, lol. The gaming industry seems to be where all the action is, unfortunately,...

Star Wars Art - Diet Coke Droid 3D Model
Hi everyone. I just finished up modeling this Diet Coke droid from Galaxy's Edge. I added a few of my own touches. This was modeled in Autodesk Maya, and was my first attempt at texturing in Adobe Substance Painter. This is what I hope to make a career of (soon). Job searching is so hard, lol. Wish ...

I love ALL the Loungfly's. I have several. These are my 3 fav's. I'm also a HUGE Dooney & Burke Fan. Recently got the Skyliner edition. It's adorable. I'll post a pic later of my Dooney's Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh!!!! Why didn’t I think about putting my pins on my Loungys?!? Oh no. That means I’m ...

Anyone stay at the Swan?
I was considering staying at the Swan on my next trip. I heard it was the quieter of the 2 (Swan and Dolphin). I'd appreciate any input from someone you has stayed there. Is it clean? Nice? Fridge or Microwave? Crowded?

Re: My Disney Alpha and Omega moment
My Alpha is packing. It all starts there. My Omega is me tearing up looking at the castle as I leave. I literally bawled my eyes out a few years ago at Disneyland. I stayed until 1AM. Circumstance led me to believe I may never go back. :( Luckily, I have been back once since. It would have been mor...

Re: ** LIVE NOW!! Friday Night Live - 2-19-21 **
I'm a little sad they are currently starting MORE construction. I'm coming over in about 3 weeks. Was hoping some of it would be wrapped up, not just starting, lol. The castle is such a focal point. I hate when they have obstructions around it. Hopefully it will go quickly. Now, if they would just g...

Re: FastPass
I've always been up in the air about the paper fast passes. I grew up in CA, so I didn't experience the magic band system until just a couple of years ago when I went to FL for the first time. The last time I was at Disneyland was June 2019. I purchase the Max Pass, which I though was kind of a rip ...

Re: What's your Disney Vacation Speed?
I feel like I'm fast forward so much, I forget to look around me. I wish I lived closer. I would love to just walk around a look at everything. I'm always running from one ride to another trying to ride everything. We are up in the dark, and to bed late.... well not to late now that hours are down ...

First trip pics??
My first trip was to Disneyland circa 1980. My first trip to Disneyworld wasn't until 2019. The evolution of image quality is amazing. I actually scanned the Disneyland pic from an old 110 film camera pic. I still remember having to wear the little paper tickets attached to my belt loop with a littl...

I've had the first trip, and the last trip of the day, and everything in between. It has varied every time. I feel like mid morning may have been a little more active. But it's really hit and miss.

When was your first trip??
My first trip to Disneyland was in '80 - '81 not 100% sure. My first trip to Disneyworld was 2019. The quality of images has come a long way since the 80's. lol. I scanned this from an old 110 film picture. Ah, the good ol'days. :) https://i.postimg.cc/5t9RczQT/Me-and-Nyada2.jpg https://i.postimg.cc...

The menus is super limited, but other than the time I got food poisoning, lol... everything down to the salad was very good. It's very pricey, and hard to get into. We actually plan our Disneyland trips around out Bayou reservation.

Re: Attractions that scared you as a kid but you love now?
I'm honestly not scared of any ride. I've never met a ride I would ride. The higher and faster, the better. :) I went on my first upside down ride at 2 yrs. old. It's been non stop ever since. The only thing that stops me now is old bones. I'll ride it once, if it hurts, I won't go back, lol. I was ...
