I've come to suspect the birds at WDW are specially trained attack birds. Those birds at Flame Tree know no fear, and as for the seagulls...on one of my visits to EPCOT World Showcase, I was walking along the promenade, there was someone in front of me eating some popcorn...and a seagull swooped dow...
