August 1987 - 13 years old. I recall the monorail passing the Grand Floridian while it was under construction.

Drove from Wisconsin this past summer when we stayed at BLT while the parks were still closed. We weren't in a hurry, so decided to avoid air travel and drive. Was fun to do once but can't see it happening again.

Agreed! Love this move. Friday nights help us through the winter until our planned trip (usually late June-July 4) and this adds more to the fun!

We enjoy it as well and hope it returns for our trip in June, though that looks unlikely. I think they will wait until most of the restaurants open again.
