Ok, got an update from my in-laws. The small single deck boats are not wheelchair accessible. The larger double deckers are accessible. So all depends on which boat you are trying to get on.

Thanks for the info. We are just going to go for it and make the reservation. It would just be nice if the cast members would put a little more effort into it.

We are planning on taking the boat from Magic Kindom to Wilderness Lodge but we have a question. We are taking someone who is wheelchair bound and we would like to make sure that the boat is wheelchair accessible. We tried contacting Disney, but they just said to ask the cast member at the boat. There are a lot of rides that are either accessable, or my favorite part is many of the dark rides or omnimover rides have the ability to drive your wheelchair right on it.
