We like September right after Labor Day. The weather is nice enough to swim and it's usually not too hot. We went in June for a big family outing and I've never felt such hot humid weather in my life.

The Food Court in the Land is great, Chefs De France is great, the bakery in France is great. Honestly, because we always eat at a food booth (or 6) we don't eat in Epcot restaurants as much as we used to.
