Sleep in, swim in the pool, eat lunch, go to the parks for the afternoon then grab some dinner.

Re: Let’s see your family Disney vacation shirts
Not a family vacation shirt per se but my sister, her kids, her boyfriend, his kids and I did wear the same shirt one day in 2018.

Re: Flying to Florida! How was it?
The first time I flew to Florida, it was on an airline that no longer exists, Eastern Airlines. All the others have been on Southwest. I live in Chicago and prefer to fly out of Midway Airport instead of O’Hare. Southwest is the best of the budget airlines. I’d say you probably want to arrive at lea...

How well do you know your WDW? I'll type the questions, you answer them! When this thread has enough replies I'll reveal the answers so you can see if you got them all right or not. Good luck! :) 1) If built, the Disney's Asian Resort would've been themed to which country? A. Burma/Myanmar B. Vietn...

Re: Wilderness Lodge
My sister is a DVC member. The last time I was at Disney World, we spent an afternoon at the pool at Wilderness Lodge followed by drinks and hors d'oeuvres at the DVC lounge there. I was quite impressed with what I saw of the resort.

Re: Shades of Green & Military Tips
I've seen videos of Shades of Green. It looks like a nice resort. Unfortunately the only thing I really know about it is that you could conceivably walk to Magic Kingdom from there. It's right across the street from the Polynesian. The Poly and Grand Floridian are connected via a walkway and there's...

Re: What other parks have you visited
I've been to Universal Hollywood, Pacific Park ( not sure if it's really classed a theme park) Disneyland Paris, and British ones, Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, Gulliver's World, Lightwater Valley Blackpool Please Beach and I have a vague memory of Camelot from when I was about 7. Alton Towers looks...

If you are staying at OKW, get the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich from Good's Food to Go. So delicious.

I don't remember Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at WDW. Horizons and World of Motion look like they were amazing.

Re: Caribbean Beach Resort
I think that a lot of the hate CBR gets is from people who stayed there during the demolition and construction that was going on when they were building the Skyliner and Riviera. Honestly it looks like an awesome resort. The main pool looks really fun. I would probably request the Aruba section as i...

Not necessarily Disney but it can be found there. It's called petrichor. It's that earthy smell just after it rains.

Re: If you could stay at any resort, where would you choose?
On property:
Contemporary (I don’t need a theme park view room as there’s plenty of viewing areas)
Any of the Crescent Lake resorts
Port Orleans Riverside (I think I’d like it better than FQ)
All-Star Movies
Caribbean Beach
Off property:
Hilton and Wyndham at Bonnet Creek
Marriott on I-Drive
